So I returned the Dell XPS 13 that I purchased and semi-raved about in one of my previous posts.

The replacement laptop I received had another dead pixel! Unbelievable. It's one of those things where once you see it... you just can't... unsee...

The return process was pretty seamless, and it was also free. There were prepaid UPS shipping labels that Dell provided. Overall, Dell's customer service was pretty good. The product, though, is another story.

I'll probably be buying a 15-inch MacBook Pro sometime in the next few months.

Lesson learned.

Mac is King.
